Namaste

Mental health is equally important as physical health. I enjoy combining the two by practicing yoga. Yoga is part of my "me time". It's an hour of reconnecting my mind and body through breath and strength.

Practicing yoga makes happy {and a better person}. After yoga I feel stronger, relaxed, and recharged. My muscles tone and my head clears. It's the perfect workout, in my opinion.
