The Man Upstairs

When you're panicked, stressed, or generally out of sorts; take a moment. If you believe in God {or any higher power}, say a little prayer. Mention what you need and what you're thankful to have. It'll help put things into perspective. Find peace in knowing that you're not alone and your life is unfolding exactly as it should {anxiety and bumps in the road included}. Try not to worry.
